Within the coaching process, I believe that it's super important to take care of your mental health & to sometimes simply slow the hell down, if you are anything like me you will sometimes feel as though your head is spinning in this fast-paced, sometimes unforgiving world that we are living today, that's why I believe it's important to look after yourself as a whole, your mind included.
